VMS has been providing service to the City of Chicago for more than 30 years. During that time, we have developed what is now a successful citywide towing and auto pound management program. My experience, while working with VMS employees, has been a very positive one and has been met with a high degree of professionalism, expertise, responsiveness and customer service.
