HOW DOES VMS WORK WITH TOWERS ON DISPATCH SOLUTIONS?

With VMS’s Dispatch Management solutions, the decision on how tows are distributed is made by the municipality, the local law enforcement agency or the commercial client VMS contracts with. Tow companies that partner with VMS may receive allocations based on shortest response time or distance to the site of the tow request, specialized equipment needed or a tow rotation list, for example. VMS utilizes software and algorithms programmed to manage tow allocation or rotation based on our clients’ requirements, ensuring every tow company that partners with VMS is getting a fair share of requested tows objectively.
