Chief Executive Officer
BIOKevin Corcoran has been with Vehicle Management Solutions and its predecessor companies since 1999 and assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer in 2021. Throughout his 20-plus years in the vehicle management industry, he has served in several senior management positions, including Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of United Road Towing, and Director of Human Resources and Operations Manager of E&R Towing. Kevin holds a B.A. in Secondary Education from Indiana University, Bloomington and an M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
Chief Financial Officer
BIOMike Mahar is the Chief Financial Officer at Vehicle Management Solutions and has over 20 years of experience in the vehicle management industry. He joined the Company in 2000 as Corporate Controller and assumed his current role in 2005 where he leads all finance, accounting and treasury operations for VMS and its subsidiaries. Prior to joining VMS, Mike was Division VP of Finance for Tree of Life, a specialty foods distributor and Controller for Taft Furniture Warehouse and Showroom Ltd. Mike began his career as a CPA, for a variety of corporate clients including manufacturers, contractors, auto dealers, medical practices, personal service companies and restaurants.
Chief Operations Officer
BIORick Chron joined Vehicle Management Solutions in 2022 as Chief Operations Officer and leads all day-to-day operations for the Company. He has over 35 years of experience in the towing industry in a variety of roles including as a driver, manager, and towing business owner. With his industry expertise, Rick has led training programs for towing professionals at both a local and national level including for the North Central Texas Council of Governments in Freeway Incident Management and for the Texas Towing and Storage Association in light and heavy duty towing operations and quick clearance techniques. He is a Nationally Certified Level 3 Towing Operator, the highest level obtainable through the Towing and Recovery Association of America (TRAA) and is a recipient of the Captain of the Industry award.
Director of Business Development
BIOCaleb Jonkman is Director of Business Development for Vehicle Management Solutions where he oversees the growth and onboarding of new commercial and municipal business. He joined the Company in 2020 and has held his current role since 2021. Prior to VMS, he served three years as the Director of Annual Giving for Trinity Christian College. Caleb holds a B.A. in Business Communications and a B.A. in Business Strategy from Trinity Christian College.
Director of Corporate Development and M&A
BIOAnn Chiang is Director of Corporate Development and M&A and leads mergers and acquisitions activities for Vehicle Management Solutions. Prior to joining VMS in 2023, she was a VP of Finance for global lifestyle brand Selina Hospitality Plc where she helped take that company public in October 2022. From 2015 to 2019, Ann held a number of business strategy and operations positions at digital student loan refinance lender Earnest Inc. and led the sale of the company to Navient Corp. in 2017. Ann began her career in investment banking, first at UBS and subsequently Macquarie Capital, where she advised on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising for companies within the Global Industrials and Metals and Mining industries. She holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Chief Information Officer
BIOJim Ferguson is the Chief Information Officer for Vehicle Management Solutions and has been with the company and its predecessors since 2007. Prior to joining VMS, Jim advised the City of Chicago on the development of IT systems for the John Stroger Hospital, one of the largest public health care organizations in the US. He began his career as an Adjunct Professor and University Lecturer in Information Technology for the College of Business and the College of Health and Human Services at Governors State University. Jim holds an M.B.A from Governors State University.
Director of Human Resources
BIOShannan Walker has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, eight of which have been spent at Vehicle Management Solutions and its predecessor companies. She assumed the role of VMS’ Director of Human Resources in 2022 where she leads all personnel management, employment and recruitment initiatives. Shannan obtained her PHR/SHRM-CP designation in 2006 and has a diverse background of understanding and balancing both the HR and operational needs of any organization.
Chief Revenue Officer
BIOMike Siragusa is the Chief Revenue Officer at Vehicle Management Solutions. He joined the VMS Team on August 1, 2023. Mike comes to VMS with a proven track record of achievement in establishing, growing, and mentoring successful sales and marketing teams with high growth organizations. He specializes in focusing on organic growth through new customer development, value-based selling, and customer retention. Mike has held senior sales management positions for over 25 years, most recently with Fortune 500’s Pioneer Natural Resources and private equity backed Sweeping Corporation of America. Mike holds a BBA from Ohio University.
VP of Freeway Service Patrol and Safety
BIORyan Davids joined the Vehicle Management Solutions team in 2023 with the acquisition of IncidentClear and currently manages six freeway service patrol programs throughout the country. He has extensive experience in governmental project executions and public private partnerships. Ryan also possesses SHRP2 Incident Management Certification and is actively involved in Traffic Incident Management groups at a local and national level. He holds a M.B.A. and a B.S. in Business Administration from the Kelley School of Business of Indiana University and obtained his CPA license in the state of Illinois.
